3rd place i went to. Had to get a screen fixed last minute. Upon entering the place is clean and smells decent. You are greeted in a friendly manner. Outstanding service to the guy that went out of his way last night! Thank you!
This store is a special Jem. My husband was the first person in my household who started to shop at Mobile Hub, and then I curiously checked it out because of the deals that he was telling me about. On my 1st visit to Mobile Hub I brought my teenaged-son along and we were both impressed with the wide variety of inventory as well as the courtesy of the staff and management. To-date my entire household unreservedly shop at Mobile Hub. I particularly respect their honesty, knowledge and their no pressure approach in guiding customers to make an informed purchase. A rating of 5 stars does not reflect the experience that you will receive at Mobile Hub. Visit the store for yourself and I believe you will be pleasantly impressed!
Scam*No free diagnostics* Totally no to this store. It was my first visit and first service at this store. It was very convenient and closer to my home place. They commit to me to do free diagnostic of my Laptop and then will let me know what will be the issue and communicate with me the quotation/cost of laptop repair. Even though i got a call from store and was conveyed that there was no issue and i can pickup. While picking up the laptop, i was told to pay the bill of $130 for what Nothing was communicated with me before proceeding to the repair. Upon denying the fact, they said we replaced the BIOS CHIP and if you don’t want then give us two days to replace it back with your original one. Afterwards they want me to pay my preferred price to them to come to mutual decision. Eventually i paid $100 for this scam . Please dont trap people like this . Be honest with your customers and be blunt and be on your commitment with your customer instead of putting your customer in blaming situations.

Received an email at 10:00 p.m. October 15 saying my package is arrived and will be returned on the 17th on the 17th of October if it's not picked up The store was close Saturday and Sunday And now I've been charged for restocking fee Bullshit
Incompetent and Rude. Not Recommended. I went there to buy cover & screen protector for my cell phone and to apply a screen protector on my other S8. They refused to apply protector on S8 as I didn't bought it from them. It came with S8 when I purchased. The reason was it may get bubble or so which I told them no big deal. They were willing to sell me cover and protector for the other phone but as they mentioned themself incompetent so I didn't bother. I got the job done in no time in another shop cell2fix just 7 minutes drive from that plaza.
