I’ve had my iPhone 12 Pro battery replaced here twice, and in August 2025 I got both battery and screen replaced. Within 3 weeks, the screen developed glare spots, random dots, and a large black blob. When I returned, staff said, “We knew this was going to happen” and tried to charge me $70 for a new screen. Then they blamed “moisture in the phone”, even though defective screens and glare have nothing to do with moisture, it doesn’t kill the screen like this. This is unacceptable. They need to stand by their repairs, not dismiss customers and charge extra.

I’ve purchased phones, signed up for IPTV services, had my phone repaired, and even bought accessories from here – and every time, the service has been top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable. It’s refreshing to find a place where I can count on great products and exceptional customer service all in one. **Horrible Experience – Stay Away from Telephonia!** I had the absolute worst experience at **Telephonia**, all because of the so-called "owner"—one of the two brothers, who is well-built and shorter in height than the other. He had **zero customer service skills, no kindness, and no respect for customers—especially women**. He seemed only in making money, with no regard for professionalism or customer satisfaction. When I first visited the store the second time in the same day for a service, he **immediately started talking aggressively**, forcefully stating his point without any courtesy. When I reminded him to talk properly, his response was shocking—he **sarcastically replied, "I am not your therapist."** Despite his rude attitude, I stayed calm and composed, choosing to handle the situation maturely. I even agreed to his given price for the work, hoping for a smooth process. Later, my husband joined me at the store, and that’s when we realized he had **failed to inform us that the technician was leaving for the day**, meaning my service wouldn’t be completed. When we questioned him about why he didn’t communicate this earlier, he **coldly dismissed our concerns and arrogantly stated that it wasn’t his responsibility to inform us.** Instead of taking any accountability, he **shut off the store lights, essentially kicking us out, and kept my phone overnight without prior warning.** When we protested, he even had the audacity to **threaten to call the police if we didn’t leave!** This was an **inhumane, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable** way to treat customers. There was no effort to resolve the issue, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of customer service. We reported the entire incident to his father, expecting some accountability, he was very apologetic and even he didn’t seem the least bit surprised—probably because this kind of treatment is normal by the person I am referring to at this store. **Avoid Telephonia at all costs unless you want to be treated with complete disregard and disrespect.**

I’m a university student and my laptop is my life. So, when it suddenly started shutting on and off during exam season I was extremely stressed out. My friend referred me to this place saying they did a really good job with hers. The man who fixed my laptop was extremely knowledgeable, and he had it fixed in no time. Thank you Telephonia for saving my life!
Despite looking at mostly negative reviews, I decided to buy a phone from here anyways since I was looking for a new one. The iPhone 13 I bought had a broken speaker on purchase, and the back glass shattered within a week with no drops. Just before writing this review the screen popped out of place and my case is the only thing holding it in. Please for your sake, don’t get repairs or buy phones from here and go to the official Apple Store for stuff.
Fast and good cellphone & other electronics repairs. Had my note9 repaired with broken screen and back glass... they repaired it in an hour. Reasonably priced and they include free screen protector with purchase or repairs of phones. [ 2nd update Apr 18] after 3 months from date of repairs, I had issues with the back glass separating from the metal frame which also caused dust collecting inside the camera lenses. These guys read my review and called me for free fix to these issues. This afternoon, I went and they added more glue to the glass as well as cleaned the inside. Hopefully, this will correct the problems... will be testing for another 3 months before updating this review.
