I visited the WOW store with my cousin for her plan clarification, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Gundeep, who is the Assistant Manager, was very rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Instead of helping or answering the questions properly, her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. Very poor customer service — definitely not what we expected. I hope the management looks into this.
I recently visited wow!Mobile boutique. The salesperson there (Rajdeep) was very good in communication. My friend got new phone and got a new SIM card. The process was very efficient. He listened to our queries very calmly.

I had the worst experience at Wow Mobile, and I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY. I got an iPhone 16 on lease from Shivam at the store, and it turned out to be a disaster. I clearly told him I already had a lease with Freedom Mobile for my previous phone, but he didn’t bother to listen. I was reluctant to take the phone at first. Instead, he pushed me into taking it, saying the "offer is valid only until midnight & price will go up". He didn't informed me that I cannot return the phone after my no. is imported. is It was obvious he was just trying to hit his sales targets, as I overheard him discussing sales numbers with a colleague. When I went to Freedom Mobile the very next day to return the phone, they told me it wasn’t possible because my number had already been ported, making me no longer their customer. This ended up costing me $500. I went back to Wow Mobile multiple times to sort this out, but the manager was unhelpful and told me to deal directly with Shivam. When I finally spoke to Shivam, he was rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. He even said, “I’m a sales person, it’s my job to make pushy aggressive sales and this is not my fault.” He took zero accountability for his actions. It’s infuriating that a few bucks of commission for him caused me not just financial loss but also a lot of hassle and frustration. This company only cares about making sales—they are polite until the deal is done, but after that, they show no respect for customers or their concerns. They don't do ethical sales. Trusting Wow Mobile was a huge mistake. Giving them 1 star is also not worth it. I strongly recommend staying far away from this store and its services.
Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Service at Wow Mobile Brampton I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Wow Mobile Boutique in Bramalea City Centre. My interaction with the staff, particularly the store manager Kamran and employee Gundeep, was nothing short of unprofessional. First, they forgot to apply the discount on my purchase. When we pointed it out, instead of resolving the issue immediately, they simply told us to come back the next day. We asked for a written confirmation that they would fix the issue, as it was clearly their mistake, and Kamran responded with anger in front of other customers. The way Kamran spoke to us was not only unhelpful but also incredibly disrespectful, making the situation even more embarrassing in front of other customers. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when trying to resolve a simple issue. This experience was utterly frustrating and left me questioning Wow Mobile’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this store and would strongly advise others to avoid this location until they address the unprofessional conduct of their staff.
