I think on the whole, service was good,.Jalpanen went the extra mile to assist. Reza was excellent in solving the issue, and the Store Mngr was helpful and courteous.
Bought my new s24 ultra from them. Initially went on 24th dec however it was evening so they told to come 26th morning went again but staff was so busy that the girl started attending someone by completing ignoring me. Went yesterday again on 27th early morning at store opening liza helped me through out the process thankful to her. However haven't received the A9+ tab which is on offer. She told me to confirm back after new year. If you guys can assure me same now before new year it would be great. Owe to what you guys said and offered. Fraud.
Poor staff, have different staff on different days and if a person has any problem about any product he/she needs to describe the issue to every staff on different day when try to follow up. Really poor management, manager has no value for words. Mentions to contact back about the problem but never does. Absolutely horrible experience.
