They don’t even know how to place a screen guard on phone and charge 25 for screen guard bubbles left on the guard and they say once You charge your phone it will go away What’s the logic between that crap

"This notice confirms that your complaint has been received by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement." Here's the complaint I left with the Consumer Protection Agency and now the Better Business Bureau. I will also be investigating legal action now that this retailer is "playing games" with my money over defective material they sold to me and hasn't taken action yet to get me a refund: I brought a cell phone to the store for repair. A few days later, I was informed that the phone was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival, I was told the battery had been replaced. I was asked whether I wanted to keep the old battery; I requested that it be disposed of, and the staff confirmed they would handle it. I was charged $150 plus tax for the replacement. However, the new battery functioned for only two days before becoming non-operational. I contacted the store and was repeatedly told to wait for the owner to return to assist. After a week of delays, I requested a refund, citing that the lack of a working phone poses a safety concern. I received no response until I was asked to visit the store on a specific day. When I arrived, I was told that no action could be taken until the owner returned from an overseas trip. I have since been informed that the owner will not be back in Canada until mid-September—two months after the initial payment for a defective product. The store’s handling of this issue appears to be deliberately evasive. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to go without a functioning phone for over two months without a clear resolution timeline. When I requested a refund, the store initially denied I was a customer. After presenting proof of payment via a bank statement, they acknowledged the transaction but claimed that no refund could be processed until the owner returns. Notably, the owner's presence was not required to accept payment in July.

“ Garbage Service “ Recently faced worst experience. Name of the person or owner is Ali . I listened Advertisement on Radio and went to store for bell carrier plan including Phone on lease. First time he was quite good when he was selling the plan with phone but when i contact again within 2 days i requested to return my phone to him because i am not comfortable price because i was getting better deal from some other store. According to bell policy within 15 days anyone can cancel contract. So he said over the phone you have to think before purchasing and said i can not do anything you have to contact with bell directly, so i contact with bell they said not only he is the person can get back phone and he should take back , they said if he is not educated we will do but he have to call us . I went to store directly and provided me wrong information, and continuously was lying. SO FINALLY AFTER 4 TIME WENT TO HIS SHOP , 4 HOURS WAITED, HE AGREED TO TAKE BACK THAT PHONE . End of all he said to my wife why only for save 200 dollars your husband doing a lot-of struggle My recommendation to everyone please do not go to this shop if you don’t want to treated like that and to save your money and time

The moment I returned the plan and phone after two days, he turned rude and uncooperative. He blatantly lied, making me come back four times. After wasting four hours of my time, he even had the audacity to say my phone would be sold. Absolutely terrible experience!

Always Closed for pickup wish orders. Very rude and disrespectful person. No respect for time. When you call he don't know when he will come to business. within 2 weeks if you don't pick restocking fee of 20% charged by wish. rest is refunded by wish. Later this store sell those not picked items. they waste time of customers . owner recommend to place new order and pick up here right away. I will highly not recommend this store for any business. check others comments too.

Don’t have your packages delivered to this store for pick up. I went to pick up the package and guy said show the code. I asked where can i find the code in app. He acted absurdly and said Allah khair kare, why you come to pick up if you dont know where is the code?

Horrible service. No respect for others timings. Went twice to pick up my order and was told to come the third time again with different reason everytime. I am an essential worker(dentist) and these people don’t value the time. Very disappointed. Do not recommend at all. Issue was with the pick up spot. Not wish.
