Tge employee need to be fired all of them such a pathetic customer service sorry there is no customer service they work their with an attitude that the are forced to work please telus fire them and get some people who need work and respect work culture . I wish this goes to high officials too
Shopped around and chose to come back to this location as I got my original plan from here. Adam was attentive and welcoming from the second we walked in. He found us a deal that worked well for us and even showed his expertise and experience by saving us big. Adam is a very young but matured individual, I encourage him to slow things down at times as it will benefit you and the customers you choose to help. Unfortunately I had arrived a little too close to closing and wasnt able to explore options regarding a Watch and hastily syncd the new phone with the old phone but unfortunately still lost some irreplaceable data. It wasnt anyone’s fault but make sure you backup your phone and messages. Only downside I have is the garbage customer servicer I experienced over the phone before I went into the store.
Got a new phone and a contract through Sahib. He was very informative and gave me options that best suited me. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Very happy with the service!
I’m sure it’s not this store. But Telus door to door sales people constantly knocking and trying to sell stuff. This isn’t the 1930’s where I’d buy something from a complete stranger for a product I don’t need or want. Do better marketing online versus knocking on doors it seems like a scam artist with zero skills.
