Never use Telus. I spent two hours waiting for their customer service to pick up, and I’m still waiting This is my first and last time using Telus internet—I’m done

Jimmy was rude to help. My phone broke and I asked for help to get physical sim. They refused to help and said call contact centre of TELUS. Parth and Jimmy are the same people who sold me the plan and device and ate the commission and now refuse to help.
Extremely unprofessional & rude. Had called in today to speak with a representative was told not to call back for him for a couple of months. So ignorant & rude no customer service skills what’s so ever!
Jimmy is the guy to deal with. He was super nice, professional and very helpful. We came all the way from Scarborough and it was worth it. Will definitely recommend. The deal he offered was unbeatable.
