Jaslen, at Trinity Common Telus, helped us set-up 3 new prepaid Koodo phone accounts today. 2 went very smoothly but there was a technical issue with the 3rd. Jaslen stayed late, contacted customer service then tech support when the issue proved to be a tech issue. 5 stars for Jaslen's commitment to her customers!
Got my plan done and the phone ready in a timely manner. Moe was great when I purchased my phone and when I went back at a later date for help with it. Even though it was close to closing time on both occasions, he was patient and helpful.
WORST WORST WORST SERVICE!!!! THEY DON'T HELP YOU. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE. My experience with Telus security has been extremely frustrating. In my case, customer support almost never answered my calls, and I ended up being charged far more than I expected. When I finally did reach someone, they struggled to even locate my account, which made everything even more stressful. Based on what I went through, it felt like the staff weren’t able to give me the help I needed. THEY LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
I had a wonderful experience with Rakhi switching from Bell to Telus. She made the transition so smooth and hassle free. We ported two lines from Bell and Rakhi was not only knowledgeable but so patient and calm. She explained everything so thoroughly and this was the first time ever that I had such a clarity about the billing cycles and other disclosures. She genuinely is so hard working and cares for her customers. Thank you Rakhi for helping us out! :)
I'm not one to leave reviews but I have to give a huge shout out to Karan. I had a postpaid plan but my phone was acting up so it was time for a new one. I went to a competitor where I knew they were part of the EPP and was disappointed with the service and went next door to Telus/Koodo. Karan was so pleasant and helpful from the time I arrived. I ended up getting a Samsung Flip Z 6 (which I absolutely love btw) and a galaxy watch. They didn't have the watch but he had it sent straight my home and it arrived a few days later. I went in the other day to see him as I had an issue with my watch..it wasn't connecting with my phone. Karan must have spent 2 hours with me patiently trying everything he could to resolve the issue...and it worked! Karan thanks so much for your patience and professionalism. Telus has a new customer in me and I will be sending others to Telus and Karan in the future
Adam was extremely helpful. His positive attitude and kindness made me feel comfortable to ask any questions and concerns I had. He found me the best deal for my situation and was very easy to speak to. One of the most genuine customer service representatives I have come by. I would recommend speaking to him for any needs!
I went into this location looking for a new phone, I was originally with Koodo and decided to switch to Telus. The staff at this location is very caring, attentive and helpful. I was helped by Karan.B he helped me with all of my concerns, answered my questions and helped me find the best plan for me which made me feel as a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know, If you get the chance look for Karan he is an amazing employee.
