I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this phone plan stand. The company itself feels disorganized, and the two workers I dealt with were unprofessional and careless from the start. Both employees seemed more focused on a sale than actually helping or being honest. When issues came up with the plan, they refused to take responsibility and kept blaming “the system” instead of fixing the problem. They said if we went to roger’s they would say the same thing but instead it worked when we went to Roger’s. On top of that, their attitude made the situation even more frustrating zero respect, zero clarity, and zero accountability.
I am extremely thankful to Simran Tejwani for the excellent service she did for me today. The guidance and the explanation she gave are truly reflective of her deep knowledge in the field. This is to the mangement, remove the morning girl. She don’t answer customer’s questions and she don’t want to explain anything. What she only do is that you can take this plan. This will be good. That’s all if you ask any other question on any other thing, then what she will do is, she will look in a frustrated face to you like come on man. We are here to at least see what’s best for us, but she don’t answer any of a thing like I personally tried to ask some of the questions like the basic questions what’s gonna be the cost and what’s gonna be the extra cost, but she’s like a blank face on those, and she is kind of cursing me that I am here as a customer care and it was my worst experience and all and dealing with this type of value mobiles. Please just go to another location. Don’t waste your time. I have been there for like almost one hour and I asked her like what’s gonna be approximate. Wait time she told me that it’s gonna be almost an hour because she have only one phone to activate. I was like come on. You only have one line to activate and you’re going to take one hour for that thing bullshit. Please management lesson. Remove this girl or either. You guys are gonna be in trouble with your customers, so that’s fine if you gonna be trouble with your customers, okay everybody please just go to another store. Please go to Albion Mall. They will help you very quickly. Thank you.
I bought a phone from them last week and I wasn't working with my son card. Turns out the phone is stolen and has been black listen. I spent over 200$ for that phone. He told me the phones weren't used, so obviously that was a lie
