I am extremely happy with the service provided here. I had a cracked back camera screen of my Google Pixel phone and was looking at several places to get it fixed. I came across this store when I visited this plaza for something else and so glad I did. Deep checked for the part and followed up with me and it was a quick fix the very next day. He even replaced my screen protector! The price to replace was very reasonable as well. My phone is as good as new now.
Brought in my IPhone 13 to get a new battery rather than going to Apple and paying almost $200. Owner quoted $70 for a new battery or $160 if the screen broke during repair as they need to remove the screen (understandable). Once I got my phone back, there was unusual condensation in my front and both rear cameras. I could see the water droplets in photos. I called back the next day and they told me to come back so they could take a look. I brought it back and they reopened the phone and “evaporated the water”. By that, they removed the screen and let it sit while the water dried up, no reason as to why this happened in the first place. Once I picked the phone back up, the 0.5 lens still did not work and was still blurry. Took it back AGAIN and they said they would replace the camera free of charge. Waited 2 days for the camera to come in and brought it back to have that replaced. Then my power button on the right side of my iPhone stopped working. I didn’t even bother bringing it back to them, I brought it directly to Apple and they ran diagnostic testing and told me that the whole backside and frame needed to be replaced as they don’t replace just buttons and it would cost me $650 plus taxes. I ended up having to get a new phone. Although I appreciate them revisiting the issues and trying to help, more damage was done than good. Next time, I will go directly to Apple despite the cost. Incredibly disappointed.

I've gone to this location a number of times to get my phone fixed since they were local but now that I've moved out of the city, I had to find another location. I went to another company to get my screen changed and I was pretty upset to hear that many of the fasteners in my phone were missing. The phone was opened up right in front of me and the only other place I went in for repairs was this location. I was surprised to find out that they would return my phone without putting all of the screws back in.
Horrible customer service! I brought in my iPad for repair because it was not charging and they told me it would be $70 to fix it and if the screen breaks because they have to heat it up and pry open then would be $110. When I dropped it off the gentleman told me it would be ready the following day and I will get a call, and the day after that no one did, so I took the matters into my own hands and called them and so yes, the screen did break into pieces and they want me to pay $140 now to fix it. No matter how much I tried to prove that I was asked to pay $110 originally they just won’t take the truth and the gentleman I spoke with when I brought in my iPad completely denied the truth. I am really upset with this kind of customer service and treatment I have received as if I’m nobody. They don’t hold on to their promises and they don’t treat their customers with respect they deserve.
