had an excellent experience at Future Tech! I brought in my iPad along with a screen protector I had purchased separately, and the staff were more than happy to help. They were so kind, professional, and careful in applying it, making sure it was perfectly aligned without any bubbles or dust. What really stood out was how welcoming and patient they were, taking the time to ensure everything was done right. The level of customer service here is outstanding, and I truly felt taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning to Future Tech for any future tech needs!
AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! My partner went to get her old phone fixed and the disgusting man behind the counter told her it's $180 and said he could do half off while winking at her. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!! IF I COULD, ID GIVE 0 STARS!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! No disrespect, but you "believe" wrong then. I have no reason to make anything up or lie. It was very clear that the man winked at my partner and said what he said. I then called to ask about the issue and was disrespected over the phone. The man who answered was the man who winked at my partner. He is extremely unprofessional and deserves to lose his job. I'm working on getting in contact with corporate to raise this complaint.
I have their stop they fixed my phone without any charges it was minor issue but they fix it for free other stores were asking for 30$ ..Thanks a lot highly appreciated and recommended
Fraud store please avoid this store or will regret like i am doing now, TALHA broke my phone camera when i gave him the phone to just change the camera lens outside while changing he broke it and even didn’t admit that he did it. Just a big liar working at this place , He checked the camera and all were working fine when i handed him over the phone after he returned the phone he broke the focus layer of camera and just kept on denying everything. Now my phone isn’t even doing focus while it was all good before except scartches on outer lens which never caused any focus or any other issues. A big shout out to the owner you should get rid of these mechanics or they gonna hurt your business . Shame on you and your cx service
