Ansh and Simran made my visit today easy and pleasant. A simple tempered glass change and adding of a line to my existing cellular account felt like hanging with friends I've known for a long time. Ansh was polite and knowledgeable and Simran was pleasant and friendly. Thank you guys!
1/5 – Extremely Disappointing & Stressful Experience I visited Best Buy Mobile to exchange my 9-day-old phone because it was lagging. I arrived at 5 PM and waited until 7 PM before someone finally assisted me. Unfortunately, the associate messed up my exchange and accidentally processed a return instead. Even though the mall closes at 9 PM, I ended up staying there until 10:30 PM, and still my return wasn’t completed. The salesperson then told me I had to leave my phone at the store overnight and buy a small temporary phone so I wouldn’t be left without a device. I clearly said I was uncomfortable leaving my phone because it contains all my personal data, but the assistant manager, Disha, didn’t take my concerns seriously at all. She insisted I leave the phone even though I hadn’t signed any return forms, simply because the employee had already started the process. I returned the next morning right when the store opened and waited again—almost until 4 PM. After wasting another full day, the assistant manager returned my phone, but I received no trade-in credit for the device I had originally traded in. Instead, she gave me gift cards for my trade-in, which completely messed up my plan and down payment arrangement. After spending over 8 hours, taking a day off work, dealing with chaos, lack of staff knowledge, and poor communication, I received no apology and no compensation. The entire experience felt like harassment and negligence, especially over two exhausting days. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Jatin and Ansh are so knowledgeable and helped my family purchase an iPhone 17. They were very attentive and clarified all the questions we had even though it was almost closing time. Excellent customer service, I had such a wonderful experience!

Went here to upgrade hardware 2 new phones and change phone plan. I had an awesome experience! Disha went above and beyond! She was so patient in explaining everything in detail even calling the Service Provider to ensure I was getting the best value. I had been going back and forth for weeks debating what was best and she was so helpful in helping me make the right decision! Will totally recommend!
Sachin was very nice guy. He offered us very good offers on plans. Phone was easily approved and with his guidance i ended up financing phone at very cheap plan.
