After checking my symptoms and sending me for an ultrasound, he immediately recognized the seriousness of my condition and sent me to the hospital emergency department without wasting any time. It turned out that my appendix had ruptured during surgery, and the quick decision Doctor made genuinely saved my life. The staff are welcoming at both the clinic and pharmacy. Dr.O is amazing, he takes the time to listen to his patients and explain any questions or concerns you may have. Never felt rushed or dismissed whether it was myself being seen or my children. The clinic calls once results are in even if nothing is wrong. In the past I had doctor offices call only if there was an issue or at times didn’t call at all as the issue was minor. If you call and phone is not answered the clinic staff will call you right back. I am thankful for all their work and services.
We saw Dr. Virk today and it was EXCEPTIONAL service. While we have a walk in 2 minutes from our home we decided to try this clinic 15 minutes away. Best decision. He was kind, patient, explained things and answered our questions. He is also very relatable and understanding. I’m so impressed with his service. Clinic itself is clean, spacious and it has a pharmacy attached. Highly recommend!
