I recently visited this clinic and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely poor, the staff seemed useless and disrespectful, which only added to my frustration. The wait times were extremely long, and usually last up to 1 hour. They cannot be bothered to make any communication or updates about delays, as the wait time always adds up to 1 hour or more. Talk about the lack of consideration for their patients. Unfortunately, this made the entire visit quite unpleasant and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic or the doctor to anyone. There are likely better options available where you can receive more efficient and considerate care. Not only are the receptionists rude and lack self-awareness, the doctor himself is unpleasant to speak with. Be prepared for a nasty attitude with a sprinkle of spite. If you want to waste your time and energy, go to this clinic so you can have the worst time ever.
I have been a patient here for the past year and I have only ever had a great experience. When making an appointment I’ve always been seen on time and the 2 wonderful ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and so kind. Dr. Shittu is very friendly and great at explaining medical issues and ensuring proper steps, tests and procedures are done to find a solution.
I have been with this clinic for 38 years. Starting from dr Sayad and then switching to dr Brayana when he took over the practice. I recently made an appointment to see dr shittu who I thought had taken over the practice for dr bhayana. I received an introductory letter shortly after the pandemic. The letter did not state if I didn’t come in and see him that I would be dropped as a patient. The letter was written very much like an introduction letter introducing our new doctor. I made an appointment last week only to find out that dr shittu has dropped me as a patient. Without any notice whatsoever. All because I hadn’t needed to see him in the last few years. After 38 years at this clinic I now have no family doctor. And without notice I was being dropped. This is astonishingly unprofessional. Not even a single phone call to see if I even got the letter or to follow up and see if I still wanted to be a patient. Had the letter been more clear I certainly would have made an appointment to come see the dr. Now I am without a family doctor and my mother is still a patient there. It just seems like someone dropped the ball there and I am the one to suffer now.
Great doctor - Dr. Shittu truly listened to me and is a very attentive doctor. Front desk ladies Manjit & Rupinder made the booking process very smooth! They are friendly when at the clinic as well. I am happy with this clinic
