It's 10.20 & no one has showed up at the clinic which is supposed to open at 10 am. No doctors nor the staff. No one picks up the phone. Should remove the words vital & urgent from their name change it to No care.
Dr. Sumeet and Dr. GOPAL both are empathetic and extremely knowledgeable doctors. Trust me , in this day and age, it's a blessing to find a good doctor let alone 2 doctors. Alhamdulillah. Dr. Sumeet is my family doctor from the past 4 years. Good thing you can see any of these two docs during week days without any issue. Front desk staff especially Jasdeep is so polite and the way she treats elderly folks is amazing. ❤️❤️
I highly recommend this clinic because of its excellent staff and doctor. Well behaved and very professional front desk staff. Everything is so perfect including patient care. There’s barely the wait time and every time I visit this clinic there’s no long wait. Excellent service
It was good when it first opened . My last visit on Monday 10/31/2022. I called them at 4 nobody picked up the ohone but showed closes at 6 . I got there at 5, 1 hr prior they refused. Came back next morning at 11 am . The receptionist told me waiting time for 2 1/2 hours so i came back 1:30 she said 4 more people a head . BUT i wait till 3:30 which is another 2 more hrs. With my 80 years mother in pain and 2 years grandson had a flu crying? WORST ! Service!
I took my 2months old baby for immunization & was told to pay $40 since I had a temporary health card & that the money would be refunded when I go back to the clinic with the actual health card. I was asked to pay cash as they wouldn't accept other options. I didn't have any cash on me so I didn't get the service. Was a complete waste of my time
Never answers phone calls, been there at 5.20pm today and was told can't see the 2 year old as doctor has to go somewhere, if so lock the door and go if not answer the damm phone. Edit: That's what your Receptionist told that doctor has to leave for the day at 5.30pm. There was patient ahead of me was told the same reason, moreover there was no patients sitting waiting so I don't understand what patients you were seing past 6pm
Horrible receptionist! Booking appointments only to get there and be told it was a mistake! Waste of time and the nurses didn’t help much either. So disappointed
