I came here for my school medical requirements, and everything went smoothly. The process takes time, but it’s definitely worth it. I would like to especially thank Manpreet ma’am — she was always smiling, incredibly nice, soft-spoken, very helpful, and truly grounded. Her positive attitude made the whole process so comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Joy for being extremely professional and patient, and for explaining everything clearly throughout the process. Both of them made the experience stress-free and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience here. Manpreet at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and Nurse Joy was knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting my required vaccines done quickly for my paramedic school program. I really appreciated the smooth, timely service and would recommend others to come here.
I have had Dr. Seema Chowdry as my family doctor for well over 8 years. If you are able to meet with Dr. Chowdry, she is a great doctor. Her diagnosis has been good. However, when it comes to time management, its a whole different thing. Even with an appointment, you are guaranteed a wait of no less than 2 hours. Since they also take walk-ins, they seem to have a priority over those who have appointments. If you know the staff very well, you can get ahead of the wait. I stopped going to this clinic because of the unacceptable long wait times, even when I had an appointment. They started a new pharmacy in the building. Initially the Doctor's used to give prescription on the Pharmacy's letter head. However, you had the choice of buying it from anywhere. Now they do not give a prescription, instead the send it directly to the Pharmacy and ask you to go pick it up from there.
The doctors dont care about your well being. they rather make you come back, then treat you right there on the spot. Also they never are on time for appointments, i had an appoitment for 5:30 and saw the doctor at 6 .. even so she did not help fix the issue but told me to come back again. Do not fall for this trick.
Came on Saturday at 12:45 and there is no doctor, already left Open until 2 What is reason to be open, I hope you'll go out of business soon. No stars, absolutely ZERO for service.
Dr. Rehan is a great doctor, however the clinic is very poorly managed. The staff does not enter your information correctly, they don't pay attention to the records and keep calling you for the same reports again and again. Smallest thing such as sending a fax for referral could not be handled properly by them and we keep waiting for the referral doctor to call (only to know later that the referral fax didn't go through and nobody followed up). They book appointments even when the doctor may not show up and cancel the same couple hours before the scheduled time. Wait times are insane even after you make appointments.
