Both the doctors are really good and they take their time to assess you and listen you carefully. They are not like other doctors. Highly recommended for local people who don’t have family doctor, or for emergency medical care. Nurses are also really good they treat everyone with respect.
The clinic has horrible staff. They do not understand the concept of customer service or how to properly treat clients. They also lack basic manners when speaking to or responding to someone. I would never return to this place. Whoever owns this clinic really needs to take a serious look at their staff.
This is my second visit in 5 years and it is still extremely clean and professional. Staff is intelligent and happy. Raymond did my echo and ecg today and set me up with a heart monitor. Very professional and respectful. His assistant Azeem was also respectful and made the process easy. Highly recommend this office and it’s team.
Very rude receptionist. She will drop the call while you're still talking on the phone with her. She will not let you say your side and wants you to listen to her lies alone. Very unprofessional!
I have been to Dr. Bolla quite a few times . He is very caring and pleasant person and at the same time a great doctor. I am very lucky to have him as my family physician. God bless him.
The receptionist is rude . Face mask are mandatory. And you have buy the madk from neae pharmacy. She said this is our policy... can they provide a mask ...running the clinic . Or write it down on the website so people know to wear. Not hekpful.
I hate this place. I have a family doctor here called indergit or something. Usually, this place is OK, but now that I have become a regular, I hate it. I need help with this specific doctor note, and they wrote me one I was unsatisfied with. So, I asked for a change but told me it might take too long. Or that they could book me a call back, which I never get! I needed the note urgently, and it is super important to me. So, I asked to go somewhere else but they refused to give me back my 30$ I paid for it! And advised me that you can't go to two doctors in one day. Because of the bill yap yap yap! After a long time of arguing later, they gave me the 30$ back, I think! Which was after I wrote this review. So, now I am updating it!
