Went in today and had a very good experience. I hate needles but Brunda (sorry if spelling is not correct) was so so sweet and really made the experience so amazing. She constantly checked up on me to make sure I was okay during the entire procedure and kept a conversation going which helped to distract me. Definitely would come back but hopefully not anytime soon ◡̈
I've taken my child here several times when we can't get in to see our family doctor. Reception and doctors have always been polite and understanding, and able to get us in without much wait time.
Dr. Ralhan is a truly compassionate and professional doctor who takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and makes you feel heard and supported. His thoughtful approach and genuine care make a real difference. Rajni and Dr. Wara are also incredibly kind, empathetic, and always willing to help. Their warm and respectful manner creates a comforting environment, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure you feel cared for.
I had a great experience at Queen West clinic . The staff(RAJNI AND ARSH) was friendly , and the clinic was clean and well-organized. Dr. KARAN RALAHN was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt heard and well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care!
Staff is very nice and caring and punctual Lot of time I call over the phone and the handle very well provide all information Dr. Riya, Dr. Karen and special Rajni she is very nice lady and caring lady also
The front desk lady’s are awesome and up to date on everything. They are very nice and helpful. The Doctors are some of the best I’ve seen in over 30 years. Great walk in clinic the best in Brampton. ❤️
Never have I ever in my life seen the most incompetent and unprofessional receptionists like the ones that work here. They speak in their language and laugh constantly every time I've been there. I can understand if there's a patient that doesn't speak English & they have to speak to them, but to speak in their own language and constantly laughing is very disrespectful to others. I called to find out if the results came in for my elderly family member & the receptionist told me the results weren't in yet, but in fact another receptionist told me the following week when I called back, that they got the results back a week before my original call. My elderly family member had been so stressed waiting for the results that could've been given 2 weeks prior.
