This is one of the worst clinic to attend. It is run by poor management who only cares about collecting monetary funds for any services provided. They charge unreasonable amount for any sort of medical forms. This terrible service was previously provided at their other branch (Royal West Medical Centre). Management needs to do better and provide more patient oriented care instead of being excessively greedy. 1 star rating is even excessive for this clinic. However, I do want to clarify that my opinion and experience does not reflect on the physicians working at these poorly managed clinics.
I had a great experience at Royal West Medical Centre. We initially went to another walk-in clinic, but they told us they couldn’t take us. After calling around, a kind receptionist at Royal West said they could see us if we arrived within 20 minutes, although they were closing soon. Dr. O was incredibly kind, took the time to do a thorough check-up, and prescribed the necessary antibiotics. What impressed me even more was that, although it was already past 8 PM and the pharmacy should have been closed, the pharmacist stayed open just for us. Exceptional service from start to finish. We truly felt cared for, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Was checked in very quickly in the room but waited more than an hour for the doctor to see me and this is by appointment already just to give me a refill medication.
This place is a joke. Terrible at setting appointments. They will charge you random fees for forms that go UP each time you visit. They will even charge you for forms that need family doctor declaration from the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA. They will of course ALSO charge you to sign up with the clinic. If you decide to leave them....yep you guessed it. They WILL charge you to move to the other doctor's office. The "management" here is just trying to get your money every way possible. Scammers. The other reviews are evidence to stay away from this place.
Worst place ever. Do come here as it is close my home.Every time bad experience. No doctor avialable even after appointment. Nurses don't even know how to measure blood pressure properly. Feels like all they want to do is to sell botox.
Service was abhorrent. I’ve been suffering from debilitating back pain for months and came to get a third opinion because prior treatments have not helped. Doctor took a look at my back and set me up for an ultrasound to see what was going on, but when I went to the front desk not even 2 minutes later she called them to cancel my appointment! According to her I “didn’t need it”, and to get an explanation I needed to book another appointment for 3 weeks later. Unacceptable behaviour. To recommend me an appointment that I seriously need only to take it away almost immediately because I “don’t need it”? I will never do myself the disservice of seeing this doctor again. She does not know how to properly attend to her patients. The receptionists are also clearly novices in how to be good receptionists. When I spoke to them only 2 people seemed to have actual jobs to do, while the other 3 were just sitting chatting and ignoring anyone that comes in. It's hard to get the 2 real receptionists' attention because they're busy chatting. Seems like they're getting paid to do nothing but talk to each other. I will say however that the bedside manner of the physio staff is noteworthy. I felt relaxed and respected.
I found Rabia not that helpful. She left me till last spite she knew of the time of my appointment. Manan was more polite in explaining things when he took my BP.i also find that the doctor cut his days of work down to 1 day a week which is not very good. He's getting rude and wants to rush me at my appointment. Poorly done and won't talk to me about an incident I received from someone else who I received it from. Very poor service.Time to look for someone who is more caring about patients
