The front desk service has been very disappointing. I have been trying to reach someone by phone for the past week, but no one answers, and the call eventually gets disconnected. This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and very frustrating.
I had a very disappointing experience at Vital Urgent Care today, and I feel their front desk staff seriously need training on professionalism and proper communication. My son has been suffering from a fever for three days. Yesterday, I came for a walk-in visit and was told they were fully booked for the day. I called again this morning, explained that I needed an earlier appointment because I had to go to work, and the staff booked me for 1:00 PM. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told I actually had four patients ahead of me. I asked if they all had appointments, and the receptionist told me that weekends are walk-in only. If weekends are walk-in only, then why was I given a specific appointment time for 1 PM over the phone? Why wasn’t I informed earlier that it’s walk-in and I could come anytime? This lack of clear communication caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and affected my work schedule. I even traveled all the way from Mississauga to Brampton because my family doctor practices here. Patients also have responsibilities, jobs, and urgent situations. Clear communication and respect for people’s time is essential, especially in healthcare. I hope the clinic avoids these mismanagement issues in the future and provides proper training to their front desk staff so others don’t have the same experience. I will also be checking if there are any rules or regulations they may have violated, because this level of miscommunication is unacceptable for a healthcare facility. I am also requesting a written response regarding this misrepresentation of availability and appointment from clinic.
They never pickup the fone even if they do they never gave correct information the doctors at this location are very good nd helpful and always listens to your concerns but the front desk service is horrible super horrible i dont wanna visit this location just because of front desk lady who gives wrong information nd very rude my experience here is always unpleasant because of the front desk lady.
I would not recommend this clinic. Even with a booked appointment, I had to wait over an hour and a half. Very poor time management and patient service
Update: Doctors only treat patients, they dont pickup calls from patients or manage the clinic. Dont cover up your incapability as a management by asking us to show empathy on doctors. We know all doctors are good and treat patients well. Pick up calls from patients and respond atleast that you are full for the day so we dont need to come walk in and return with a disappoinment. Original: Zero stars for the clinic management and reception customer service. 10:00AM they open and by 11:00Am they say no more appointments for the day. They never pick the calls to book an appointment. Please have some empathy towards your patients.
Reception desk people are inefficient and rude. And Dr. Rajiv Mohan said my wife was having a missed miscarriage and the fetus should be coming out in a few days. It made us feel awful and heartbroken. My daughter is almost two years old now. I’d avoid this clinic.
I called at 10:32 05/18/2023 a lady with a thick indian accent answered and i asked for a refill…she refused to help me and when i asked the lady for her name she screamed and hung up the phone. Idk who the hell these people hire but theyre genuinely disgusting…. Previous experience Whoever the reception lady at the front is with curly hair today was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
