Be prepared to have to advocate for yourself as Dr.Khan is very dismissive and actually laughed at me when I shared what I was seeking medical help with. I would not have spent my Saturday afternoon at a walk-in clinic unless I was genuinely concerned and instead of taking me seriously she repeatedly made me feel foolish and dramatic. On the other hand, the receptionist and nurse were warm and even said I did the right thing by coming in.
Worst experience with this clinic went there for a check up and the doctor sent me to the laboratory to do test, it’s been two weeks since and they have not called back to give me the results yet they promised.So unprofessional
One of the best walk in clinics I have visited. Everyone from front staff to the amazing doctors try to make patient experience smooth and swift . They never disappoint.
I do not like this clinic because in this clinic student insurance not applicable. College give this insurance for our health but they do not care about this
I have visited clinic few times, Dr. Ibrahim is very polite and knowledgeable doctor. Very professional, great work ethics. Some bad experiences when called, not a professional response, if they pick up phone.
Dr. Jackie is my kids pediatrician here. She is a very dedicated, skilled, personable, honest and loving doctor who truly connects with her patients. Her bedside manner is impeccable. My two boys are comfortable with her and they absolutely adore her (so do I). Her conversations with the kids are interesting, humorous & informative. She relates so well to children and always makes them feel better. She asks really good questions to get to the root of any problem, which makes her diagnosis thorough and correct. She cares about their physical, mental and emotional health. If you are looking for stellar healthcare for your children, Dr. Jackie is definitely the Pediatrician for you. In case you're reading this Dr. Jackie: thank you for taking care of my children and allowing me to have a peace of mind as a parent knowing that they are in the right hands. You rock! Dr. Khan is my family doctor. Always a phenomenal experience with her, Dr. Aheer and the staff (especially Chelsea, Sherry Ann & Rajveer). It's very convenient having a pediatrician and family doctor under the same roof. You have the option of getting a pager as well which takes the convenience up another notch! Hats off to all of you, exceptional team guys!
waited over a hour and there were dead roaches in the checkup room.. I don't thi k it's cleaned after each patient. work sent me here would not have come voluntarily.. and don't plan to come again
