I’ve visited Peel Medical Centre twice so far, and each time has been a very positive experience. The front desk staff are genuinely friendly and polite, which makes checking in feel smooth and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean, organized, and comfortable, which always helps put you at ease. The doctor I saw was also very kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to listen and explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this clinic as a walk-in option. I happened to go during quieter hours, so my wait time was minimal — but even aside from that, the service and atmosphere were great. I’ll definitely return when needed.
Do not go there. It is going to be waste of your time. I waited for almost 1 hour and half for my turn. Firstly, they said doctor is in meeting will take 45 minutes and I waited. Then i went to room and doctor again went for meeting when I was waiting for another 45 minutes in the room. At the end I just left without the service and wasting my an hour and half time in the clinic. Too much irresponsible and inconsiderate.
i went to this walk in first time my experience was so bad,the receptionist was so rude did not tell dr is on lunch break,wait more then one hr,when i ask them why you did not tell me when i give you my card they just ignore,and the dr came without stethoscope i told him my problem he said give you antibiotics yes i do need antibiotics are you gonna check me first like seriously then he went to get his stethoscope .finally get my medicine.

The reception staff are also amazing, especially Aman, who is always welcoming, professional, and so helpful. The clinic is clean, organized, and the service is efficient. Having the pharmacy right next door makes things even more convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality medical care in Brampton!
was told 45 minute waited ended up waiting over 1.5 hours just to get up into the room with the doctor, when I got to the room the doctor (who was already there) told me he would be a minute and ended up taking over an hour and he did not return. front staff were not helpful when asked how long the doctor would take and we were told that he would see us soon another 25 minutes passed and no one saw us, we ended up leaving this place without the doctor even getting to consult us. we were in pain the whole time and waiting like that for over 4 hours with little to no information or support makes me not recommend this clinic to anyone who values being taken care of properly.
