I would be very honest giving my review about Dr. Doss. I was her patient for about 8 to 10 years and I found that if you don’t buy the medicine from her pharmacy she gets very rude with you. She would hardly give 5 minutes to me anytime I would go and tried to ignore my questions making me feel that she is very busy. She misguided me about my borderline diabetes saying that you don’t have to worry about it because you don’t have a family history of diabetes. Also she didn’t tell me why I had bloated stomach. I was going to her unheartedly seeing her behaviour and finally I found a very good doctor who diagnosed in no time what was causing my stomach bloating and told me about my borderline diabetes. Dr. Doss is not an honest doctor. I’m sure she knew about everything but didn’t help me. I also had a pencil nib stick into my shoulder from my childhood which had turned into a cyst now and was hurting me. Dr. Doss ignored it totally when I told her about it and then finally I digged into the opening with one of my dental instruments and was able to remove a big cyst that the nib had turned into over a 30 year period. I am glad I finally left her before she could destroy my health. I wouldn’t recommend her.
The receptionist was rude , first she gave the appointment and then after I travelled 16km from my home , she said your file has been transferred to another doctor. This she should have told before , she is beyond the nightmare.
Went in for a checkup up for an issue I had and I was in unbearable pain. They declined to fill out an acknowledgement form for my employer stating I was actually sick. The receptionist was rude - just assumed things without even listening to me.
Came to Olde Town as a walk in and saw Dr.Saad. One of the best doctors by far! He was very informative and listened to all my concerns. He even called days after my apt to follow up on how my treatment was going. The front desk staffs are also very good they were able to get me a same day apt with Dr.Saad- no wait time. Thank you again!
Dr. Saad has been our family doctor for 4 years now and he’s been with us through pregnancy and diseases. He truly takes his time and answers every question. He’s diligent and always takes the extra step to ensure you and your family are safe and healthy.
Dr. Doss is my family doctor. I have been seeing her for the past 5-6 years. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. The service here is great.
If I could put zero stars I would. Dr. Doss is rude and how she conducted herself towards me during my appointment was unacceptable. Very unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLINIC EVER AGAIN!!
