I had an amazing experience with Sherri, the IV specialist. I usually have a really hard time with people finding my veins, but she found it so easily and made the whole process completely stress-free. She’s truly an expert at what she does. On top of that, she’s incredibly nice and friendly, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend!
I went to this clinic for skin tag removal. I had already confirmed over the phone that the cost would be $50, but they never asked about the size or location of the skin tag, which they should have asked before telling price. Anyways when I arrived, after examining it, they suddenly quoted me $600, including a biopsy. I said no because I couldn’t afford that. The receptionist or whoever she was,clearly lacked basic knowledge of healthcare etiquette. When she saw my skin tag on the back of my thigh, she literally said uggh ,her reaction made me feel extremely awkward. Her expressions and attitude were rude and unprofessional. As soon as I declined the price, her behaviour changed. Later, they offered me half the price — $300. Why was the initial price double? I ended up getting it removed at another clinic for $100. The price was extremely high, but more importantly, staff should learn basic manners: greet patients respectfully, answer questions politely, and never make patients feel uncomfortable or mocked.Try to answer the questions politely rather than laughing.
This review is for Sherri, who has been providing our family with mobile IV services for some time. Sherri is extremely caring and goes out of her way for her patients. Additionally, she is a highly skilled IV therapist. We're so grateful for her!
This review includes a follow-up call received by the supervisor today on Sat, May 24, 2025 @ 420 pm approx. They are one of those companies that ask people to put good reviews. I'm now not going to change mine. I spoke on the phone today at 2:20 p.m. they say they charge $100 initially and then $50 per skin tag if you've had skin tags for the last four or five years including underarms shoulder back and front of neck. You can imagine it's going to run in the late hundreds. The guy did not have manners and showed surprise while making a booking for Monday coming up for 2:45 p.m. when you ridicule people when they have exactly told you how many skin tags or dozen they have, it's not a pretty situation when you keep asking them again and again. ?Alert: the manager called me today on Saturday around 4:20 p.m. asking me why I could not harmonize this review. You see do not read only the reviews that show good please look at the reviews that show that these people did a bad job. Most companies ask people to put good reviews. This is no different. Nice place to avoid. Stay away.
I confirmed the price from phone they have told me it is 200 and 50 dollars for the appointment so that 250 per mole removal for the appointment and now when I got over here then they have told me that it’s 350 . Wow, I means it is not about money . But I am not happy with their clinic .. not recommended. Please keep 50 as well
Pls do not pay the $50 deposit if ur not going to take any service here. Initially I was told this is refundable, I called them multiple times for refund and I was told that $50 is only for the consultation and it is non refundable. Even though it did not state as consultation fee.
