I travel almost 2 hours on a bus to see Dr. Kamal. After seeing tons of dentists over the years I have never seen a dentist like him. Amazing skills and dedication. He referred me to another outstanding specialist to do root canal. His colleague was also exceptional. I was so worried but after getting treatment done I was thankful for the care i received. A dental hygienist also at this location is caring and friendly.

Disappointed with the Lack of Proper Examination I visited this clinic recently for a hair-loss issue, hoping for a thorough and professional consultation. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The doctor did not examine the affected areas on my scalp or ask detailed questions about my condition. Instead, I was simply told to continue with the medication I was already taking—without any discussion about its effectiveness or possible alternatives and that medication is not helping me. I expected a more attentive and personalized approach, especially when dealing with something as sensitive and frustrating as hair loss. A proper diagnosis is crucial, and I felt that was missing here. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its consultation process to ensure patients feel heard, examined, and genuinely cared for.
My experience was disappointing. First of all, the waiting time is excessive. The doctor also takes very long breaks. Although the pamphlet states the break is from 1 to 2 PM, they refuse to see patients from 12:30. When I returned at 2 PM, they didn’t start taking patients until 2:30. Lastly, the washroom was extremely filthy. I suggest considering another doctor.
