Always go see Dr Neeru Anand and not her Carribean trained son Dr Vishal Anand who has very fragile ego. He would just brush me off and do completely opposite of whatever i ask him for resulting in poor patient outcome. For this very reason I am switching my family doctor after 3 years with this clinic.
The front desk staff are consistently inefficient and unorganized. This isn’t an isolated incident—it happens repeatedly. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and basic competence in handling even routine matters. There is a clear need for better training and accountability at the front desk.
Would like to update my review. I left this clinic because waiting was there. But have come back. Compared other doctors. Dr neeru actually cares about your health and takes her time, they dont rush you like other places. Thank you Dr neeru for making my health better
"I've come back to this clinic several times with the same symptoms and each time it's the same frustration. After a wait of more than two hours, I'm hurried through in less than two minutes. Despite repeating that the last medication did absolutely no good, the doctor doesn't explore—simply hands me the same useless costly medication once again. I've paid out more than $1,000 out of pocket (not reimbursed through insurance) with no improvement whatsoever. And to top it off, the receptionist patronizes and scowls whenever you simply ask how much longer you will have to wait. Whatever good reviews you see is all fake. I visited today and have been visiting 2-3 times for emergencies Dr. Neeru Anand and Dr. Vishal takes 1hour 30mins. After the appointment time. There were only 3 patients as the clinic was about to close .and still we waited so long . So unprofessional and service is pathetic. Please if you want to save your life's time Don't visit here. It is so frustrating. Doctors here doesn't value others time.
It's funny; I called to ask for the names of the doctors, and before I could inquire if one of them is female, the receptionist hung up on me. Why is it that no receptionist in any of the health centers communicates properly? They rarely greet patients appropriately or ask questions with genuine concern. If they are so impatient, why work in the healthcare industry? Local manpower agencies seem to place newcomers to Canada among their friends and contacts without proper vetting. I don't think recruitment for front desk positions in health centers in Brampton is done properly at all!
Extremely frustrating experience. I called ahead and was told to come in — they said they’d get us in right away. I rearranged my schedule and drove over, only to be told it’s actually first come, first served. So which is it? What they told me on the phone was completely different from what happened in person. Felt like a total waste of time. Disorganized and misleading — not impressed at all.
