ZERO stars if I could ** i am sure they will get people to write fake reviews after mine to try and bring up their ratings... PLEASE READ... I am deeply upset and disappointed with the experience I had with Brampton Walk-In & Family Practice. I called ahead regarding my 3, 5, and 7 year old children, all of whom were sick and very nauseous. This clinic is close to my home, which is why I called instead of going elsewhere. The clinic website clearly states the closing time is 7:00 PM. The receptionist told me to come for 6:00 PM, and I called again at 5:58 PM to inform her I would be there by 6:02 PM — a two-minute difference. I was trying to avoid taking my children to the hospital, where so many people are currently sick and wait times are extremely long. As a parent, I was doing everything possible to protect my children while still seeking timely medical care. During the call, I politely asked if she could please take my children, explaining that it was only two minutes off and that I had called in good faith to keep her informed. Anyone who has three young children understands how difficult it is to get sick kids into the car and safely driving — being two minutes off in that situation is completely reasonable. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and dismissive over the phone. I was told she had “6 patients,” with no regard for the fact that these were three young children who were unwell. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no effort to help. What was most upsetting was the lack of concern when I expressed how unacceptable this situation was. I was left with the clear impression that she did not care if I wrote a negative review, which made me feel that patient concerns are not taken seriously at this clinic. If this clinic intends to stop seeing patients at 6:00 PM, then the website should be updated accordingly. Do not advertise a 7:00 PM closing time if patients are turned away an hour earlier — especially families with sick children. This was not just poor service — it was cold and careless, particularly when dealing with young kids. I ended the call feeling sad, angry, and dismissed as a parent who was simply trying to get medical care for her children. Low ratings for this clinic speak for themselves. Families deserve better than this. I will also be raising this concern through appropriate patient complaint channels, as no parent should be treated this way when seeking care for sick children. Adding a screenshot of my call log because I am sure it will be made as I called 630 or past the time I actually did.
Worst customer service I witnessed at a clinic. Have been calling continuously from 3 days and they are not responding properly. And today they just keep sending the call to voicemail. If you can’t handle it kindly remove the contact information from the internet. Thanks
I have been a patient at this clinic for a year now, and I can honestly say l've never had a single issue with any of the staff . They are consistently friendly, polite, and very accommodating and make every visit a positive experience. All the doctors here are also very amazing!!! Highly recommended!!
Very disappointed with the service here. I had my blood work done but never received my reports. I’ve been calling continuously for 3 days with no proper response. The clinic staff refused to provide me a hard copy, saying they would email the reports — but I haven’t received anything yet. This lack of responsibility and poor communication is extremely frustrating. Patients should not have to chase after their own medical results.
I’ve been coming here ever since I’ve moved to Brampton and these people are super nice! They always try their best to help figure out what the issue is. I used to come weekly at one point for almost a year for injections and they all recognize me and know me by my name without having to show my health card at first. The doctors are super understanding but I especially love ALL the nurses here!!
I have a very bad experience with a dr Fatima kapacee she was my doctor, if u are looking for a family pls do not go to her she does not care about her patients ,I found her to be quite rude, and in a rush to move on to the next patient, I could say more but it is point less, research the doctor first before making a doctor your family doctor. Dr Fatima kapacee get 2
I can’t understand how those receptionists still have their jobs it must be a family business. Based on all the reviews and my personal experience, their rudeness, lack of professionalism, and disrespect are astonishing. They speak down to clients as if they’re superior, completely disregarding the fact that they’re dealing with sick patients. Yes, clients because that’s what we are to them. They should consider working at a tanning salon instead and leave the healthcare system, where patients deserve compassion, not hostility.
