I ordered a prince coat a month before my event and 5 days before my event, they said the supplier was not able to finish my dress due personal reason and so they said he can’t do it. they said they can’t get my dress done and left me hanging few days before my wedding and after the owner screwed up my order he is giving attitude on why i am upset rather than finding me a solution which he didn’t even try to. Do not order from here as they are inconsiderate and do not care about you.
I went to buy my suit . Owner is very rude . They treat Customer differently. If you are rich, they treat you extra nice and ordinary people He does not treat Equally. He made my wedding dress wrong Size. And when I Requested him to fix the issue, he started complaining, He fixed it, but he was nagging about. He is very unprofessional And very judgemental. After that, I never went to Shop there again he lost one good customer.
Nice outfits but dishonest service. When i tried on my suit they told me we can do alterations included in price but then when I already paid they said it was a seperate cost.
Owner Sathi is rude and racist towards customers. Came in to purchase Indian outfits with my black friend he said his kind is not welcome here and asked us to leave.
