I recently purchased one lehanga and a pre-stitch saree from them. The entire staff was extraordinarily helpful in understanding my needs and budget, demonstrating excellent customer service. Despite my not having the measurements for both outfits readily available, they patiently worked with us - offering alterations for both outfits for an additional fee. Impressively, these alterations were executed to perfection within just a couple of hours. My daughter was scheduled to arrive on the eve of the party, and Nikhil, exemplifying their exceptional customer service, was considerate enough to provide his personal number. He offered to pick up the tailor and bring her to the store in the event that the outfit did not fit perfectly on the day of the party. His willingness to go above and beyond was truly impressive. Luckily, the outfit fit well, and we didn't require any further adjustments. I would undoubtedly recommend them and their exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
Super disappointed with the experience here. At first, I was excited because it seemed that they had a lot of options when I was looking around, and seemed that they had what I was looking for, including the colors. I tried a couple of outfits on, and chose a nice blue gharara. There were some noticeable stains on the scarf, which should have been my first red flag, but they were able to wash it out to show us that it’s not permanent. They blamed the workers back home for making the dress, and guessed that maybe some food or drinks had spilt—I have never seen such stains and dirty marks on desi clothes like this while out shopping, let alone making poor excuses for them. In the moment, I really liked the style and how the dress fit but I also felt like I was settling because I had already bought my jewelry beforehand and the colors were matching together. That’s on me. However, the quality of the clothing at this store is horrible. There were many rips and missing seams in the fabrics, but I had already bought the dress before I noticed the rest of the rips. And the stains!!! Even after discussing the issues about the dress, the workers did not give us much of a discount. It was not worth the $200 she was asking for. We had to negotiate and bargain for good reason, and she only took $5 off. I regretted it instantly on the drive back home. The fancier lehengas next door at Simer Kollections were of higher quality, at much lower prices. When I got home, I noticed more bigger stains on the inside of the gharara I bought from Naveen, including some big ones on the separate sleeve fabrics. I wish I had taken pictures for this review, but my mom had already washed them out, which took her a while. We ended up getting a few outfits at Simer Kollections instead, & I even went back a couple days after my experience at Naveen to replace my dress. I can’t return the gharara so I decided to wear it for the mehndi rather than the wedding. The workers were very friendly, and very helpful in finding me options, but I felt they were not honest about the value and worth of what they sold me, the quality is terrible, and I was definitely overcharged. FYI, I paid $240 for a beautiful big lehenga, 2 pairs of gorgeous bangle sets, and fancy jewelry including head piece next door at Simer Kollections.
Deep helped us pick five suits. The cloth is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We tried looking at other shops but found Naveen Fashions had the best cloth and rates! Will definitely be a return customer:)
This was our first time shopping at Naveen Fashions and it was a very pleasant experience. The owner was very polite, did not pressure us or rush us to make a decision. We were able to try on several outfits. I would shop here again.
We have been visiting Naveen Fashions Kennedy location for more than a year now. They have a nice collection of Indian dresses and men's fashion. The owner was very calm, pleasant and friendly. We ended up shopping more than planned because of thier competitive prices. I will be definitely shopping here again in the future and do recommend them strongly
