Very bad customer service!! I placed an order for a sweater on Jan 9th, and I received it on the 20th Jan. It had scratches on the buttons so I went to return it. According to their policy, it is the day they place the order that is taken into account and they refused to return the money stating it is over 14 days. What kind of return police is this!! People, don’t place an order if there is no stock in store. You will not be able to return it!!!!!!!
From when does the shopping stores check the ID of the customers . I had bad experience while shopping at BCC . The ladies at billing counter were racist and disrespectful. Hearing conversation of customers and making assumptions also accusing me bcoz they thought I am talking to someone whom is working at there store and asking me multiple questions .Is Melanie working as cops . I m gonna take this matter to the head of the company .If more required legally I will sue the company .name of the sale person was Gagan Shame on you .
My favourite Melanie Lyne styles from winter wear to every other season. Their unique styles and design get me lots of compliments at work and at social events. Can’t wait to see what the spring collection looks like.

Customer service was terrible! I went in today looking for a dress the two Indian girls were of no help utterly just talking to one another and doing god knows what on the computer, don’t get me started with the white old lady looked like the manager looked like she was gonna have a heart attack cause I was coloured in her store she kept speaking to employees while I stood at the register for 5 min. Anyways I ended up buying the dress and returning it within an hour cause Laura had way more of a selection and they were so nice and helpful, I recommend Laura!! I was returning it and the ladies like oh I have check all the tags she’s like one looks a bit different I didn’t take the dress out the bag! This place sucks the two Indian girls and the white hag! Go to Laura downstairs!!
Employees are so rude, I was returning a dress that was purchased like one day ago but they said there should be additional tags which were not on the dress even on the first place. Customer service is so rude
Love to shop here... Lot of great designs, I love Frank Lyman and Karl Lagerfeld dresses and Melanie Lyne is the perfect destination to shop great designs for great occasions. The welcoming staff, especially Latisha, the store manager is just cherry on the cake.
