Extremely disappointed with Laura’s customer service I had a very disappointing experience with Laura. I purchased a dress worth almost $400 for a special event. While getting ready on the day of the event, I noticed the Laura label attached at the waist stating the dress cannot be returned if the tag is removed — which I understood. However, while carefully removing the label, the top delicate layer of the dress ripped. The fabric was extremely sensitive and clearly not durable enough to withstand normal handling. I panicked as my event was still that evening and I was out of town. I called the local Laura store where I was staying, but they refused to help and told me to contact the store where I purchased the dress. I then called the original store, explained the entire situation, and asked for assistance or to be connected to the local store — but I was completely turned down. I was told nothing could be done unless I came back in person. When I returned and brought the damaged dress to the store, the staff again refused to help. They were only focused on the fact that the waist label had been removed, despite me explaining how the damage occurred because of that very label. Instead of showing any understanding, staff questioned me in a dismissive manner, asking whether I removed the label with my hands or scissors. At no point did anyone try to offer a solution or even suggest what I was supposed to do with an expensive dress I could no longer wear. Eventually, the staff told me, “Do whatever you want with it, we can’t help anyway.” Since the dress was completely unusable, I ended up leaving it at the store — essentially a $400 donation to Laura. Attached are the receipt and proof that the dress was left at Laura with no expectation of a refund or store credit. This clearly shows I was not trying to misuse the return policy, but was genuinely seeking help after a product issue and an extremely poor customer service experience. For a brand that sells expensive clothing, the lack of compassion, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and will not be shopping at Laura again.
Absolutely terrible experience. This store deceives customers by not disclosing any return policy at the time of purchase. The sales associate, Maritza, and the floor manager, Charanjit, flat-out refused to refund and only give store credit. They kept insisting it was “their policy,” yet there is no return policy posted anywhere in the store, not mentioned verbally. Even the receipt is not clear about the policy that the Charanjit kept forcing. The associate was very clear that I am unsure of the size and went to return the dress within the 2 hours of opening of the store as I purchased it about 30mins before store closing. $400 gone to waste. This is completely unethical. Customers deserve transparency, not hidden rules and excuses after the sale. The way they handled the situation was dismissive, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of respect for clients. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before buying anything from this store.
I wish i could give 0 star to this store...Yesterday i went to store..A lady named mahira ,she doesn't have sense how to speak with customers...She was so rude and very unprofessional.....very poor customer service.I don't recommend anybody to visit this store..
We were looking for dresses for a wedding and had a positive experience at this location. The selection was what might be expected but what was refreshing was the excellent sales associates. We were welcomed and assisted by Jasleen who was very quick to understand what we needed and provided outstanding service suggesting various styles, colours and sizes to enable us to make an informed choice. Good location, great staff. Worth a visit.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! If you love the Laura brand like I do, I highly recommend avoiding this branch. I would’ve given them zero stars if I could. They don’t deserve the one star!
I was shopping for MOB dress and was unsure of sizing and what was available - staff was wonderful - the only thing I would suggest is fans in the changing room as the lighting is wonderful but makes it hot especially when trying on multiple dresses
The classy clothes of course! Ladies must indulge to spend some hard earned income on themselves. It makes me feel better whenever I am dressed up in my favorite good fitting garments from Laura! Sales are very interesting as well! Go for it my Dears, You deserve it!
