I had a disappointing experience at Cleo at BCC yesterday evening.When I politely asked a white staff representative about the price of an item, I was told—in front of other customers—to “find out on my phone,” which felt unprofessional and embarrassing. Shortly afterward, other white customers asked similar questions and were met with friendly, courteous service. My husband also observed this noticeable difference in treatment. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and consistent for all customers. Unfortunately, that standard was not reflected during our visit.We came back without buying anything. Will order online from next time. I was regular customer at Georgetown location but that is closed now.Staff members were best in customer care service there .
I didn’t have a good experience with the Filipina sales associate or the other sales lady. I went in looking for a dress and saw one on mannequin it had been taken off the mannequin, (size small) and it fit me perfectly. Then, she showed me another dress but couldn’t zip it up. She gave me a petite size even though she knew the other dress was a size small. I’m petite, but the ironic part was that she never mentioned it was a petite dress and ended up blaming me for the fit. The whole interaction felt off. When I bought the size small dress, I asked for a plastic bag to put the belt in, and she basically shoved it in without even folding it. Some people just give bad vibes
I have been shopping at Cleo for many years. The manager at Bramalea (Olivia) is so helpul. I knew her from Heartland for many years and so happy she is now at Bramalea. Bring back Heartland!

I came in to return an item and to my surprise I ran into Olivia. She use to work at the heartland centre. I remember her because of her voice and her wonderful customer service skills. Please bring back the heartland store I really miss it and I now tend to only shop online. I only go into return. Cleo is my favorite store ❤️
Great service from reeney and amarjit they were very patient while we scrolled and tried so many items in the store. Also they were very patient with my toddler running all around the store.
I was greeted when i entered the store. I said i was just browsing. The clerk said to let her know if i needed anything. She got me a change room as soon as i asked. And my purchase was processed quickly and efficiently. I felt like a valued customer.
