This review is specially for the Indrani and Sarbjeet. I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life at this location. They were so professional and polite and went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for. This location is wonderful. With great prices, organized store and, especially the customer service is par excellence. Even though all Laura staff is good, this experience had made me a loyal customer at this location from now on. These two ladies deserve a recognition for sure.
Very poor customer service skills. Older, round lady with short hair was here when I was shopping with my mom. Noone bothered to ask me if I needed help when I was trying on dresses. But when I was putting one back, someone came over to ask if I needed help and cared more about finding the hanger for the dress. And she let out an audible sigh. I tried to help her for a few seconds but eventually gave up as I was putting everything else I had tried on away. Btw the store was empty. No offer to ask me if she could help with another size or anything. Mean while she was helping a white lady with her dress which makes me strongly believe that there were racist undertones to this interaction.
I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Trinity Commons location! The Manager, Regina, gave me excellent advice. I was looking for 2 outfits - one for a wedding, and one for a funeral. She listened to my criteria, and picked out some options. In a short time, I had both outfits decided upon. I was thrilled! I fully intend to do any future shopping at this location. Regina was amazing in every way! She made my day
Indrani makes shopping at this location a pleasure time and again! Her smile and encouraging energy is contagious. This store has a sizable selection and range to choose from. Thanks for the experience
They dnt even deserve 1 star for for service. Mostly for the girl who stay outside trial room.get rid of her, or in comming time you dnt even get 1 star
One of the staff member asked us to hang the trial dresses on the hanger once we were done and also asked us to get them out for them. After following this, i carried the final 3 dresses n was continuing with my shopping. One of them came and said if I wanted to keep it aside. I said yes and gave it to her. After 1 hr at the payment counter, they said I did not give it to them at all. Very frustrating and rude staff member who right away denied that I gave the dresses to her.
Employee's at this location are very rude in speaking to their customers. She kept on following me like I am going to steal something while I was shopping. My personal experience with this store was bad, and I did leave it due to the tone of that employee.
