We have visited this place several times, including around 3 PM yesterday, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Indian girl at customer service is always full of attitude, unfriendly, and lacking in basic courtesy. It’s not just a one-time issue — every visit has been the same, which shows a serious problem with professionalism. Good customer service should be polite, respectful, and welcoming, but instead I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome each time. I truly hope management addresses this ongoing issue, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.so we are not going there anymore definitely.
RACIST!! This location has the most racist employees I've ever experienced. You will feel like you're on " What Would You Do?" with John Quiñones but you're not even an actor. Customer service is not provided to anyone with pigmentation. No point of supporting a company that doesn't provide basic training. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Awful experience. Went on quiet morning. Waited in line for far too long. One cashier helping a customer with numerous return items and helping her identify items to exchange with.. while 2 other workers were on the empty floor. One was on the phone helping locate a item (should have been 2nd priority) The other folding clothes (not sure why). I waited for 15-20 mins in line. Finally the worker folding clothes decided to help with cash. With the exception of the first cashier mentioned, everyone is out to lunch and no attempt at providing customer service. I would give this 0 stars. Go to the Bolton location it’s worth the drive.I will NEVER return to this location.
This location is the worst service the employes are rude and do not help . I was there and all the to girls did on a sunday was gossip about there boyfriends till I asked questions to which they seemed very annoyed and than laughed and said thank god sundays are short . I have worked for Reitmans in the past as a seasonal job up North this location need s training and a revamp ASAP.
Came in with my mom today. The store itself is not bad. Very busy with stuff everywhere because they were having a sale. However, Kandacey (sorry if I spelled that wrong, I overheard her name) is such a pleasant and friendly staff member (or maybe manager). All staff members were actually very nice, but she was great.
I like Reitmans , its a store where i know i can find easily what is good for me.Its now 19 yrs i have been buying ur stuff.?Recently I bought “Empire waist printed chiffon dress” ... what a great fit... loved it
