Walking in the store there was such a good vibe because the music selection was great. I made a mistake with my purchase and the kind manager made the adjustment. She’s understanding and that made my first experience at Reitmans even better. THANK YOU, Tina. You are lovely.

I gave three star cause this store not for curvey young girls. Their matiral is really good last long but I don't like style wise. I guess this store more for old people.
Excellent service but unfortunately not enough workers to serve people who need help reaching material. Like there were two workers when I last went and they were both busy at the cash. I had to get in a long line (as there was a sale) (this was a Monday) just to ask for a shirt to be brought down.
