it’s clearly mentioned that the pump is 24 hours open still the girl didnt let me enter at 4:30 in the morning i walked about 1.5 kilometres just to get advil medicine for my cousin
Excellent service every time I stop here! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist, whether I’m fueling up or grabbing something from the store. The station is clean, well-stocked, and the pumps are easy to use. Definitely my go-to stop for gas and convenience!
I am writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience I had at your gas station on December 17, 2024, at approximately 7:50 PM. I was using the pump to refuel a car I had borrowed when the receipt failed to print at the station. This required me to go inside to request a receipt from the staff member on duty. Unfortunately, the individual was rude, unprofessional, and displayed behavior that appeared discriminatory. I believe this situation could have been avoided if the receipt had printed correctly at the pump. Instead, I was forced to interact with someone whose behavior was unacceptable. I request that you: Investigate this incident. Provide training to your staff to ensure better customer service. Ensure your equipment functions properly to avoid such issues in the future
Pumps were not working and the cashier instead of putting up an out of service sign, was still taking people's purchases, then his so called boss was telling customers to come back tomorrow!
THis gas station charges money twice or thrice from ur account ,I suggest to all customers please double check ur accounts after pumping the gas and paying the money for your gas .these people are theives stealing money in direct way without even telling u. I suggest do not go to their gas station if they give u cheap gas they steal your money too ... and if u ask about ur money and their way of talking over the phone is very rude and give the customers frustration and waste the others time and energy. Worst service ever . They never clean the snow from the car spots while we pumping the gas ,they are very unorganised . ? poor customer service and very very poor communication with customers.
Very good economic rates. Must try. Would give five stars if they improve their ambience. Convenient on the road. On your right of your are facing towards the highways. Calm and quite next to restaurant. Good customer care. . Loyalty cards available
I find less price here in most of the evenings. I've no idea about the gas quality. Has station has less space and only 4 pumps. One of the machine will not print receipts. First time, the staff came out to give the duplicate receipt. Then i had to go and ask. That's fine. I knew which one doesn't print now.
