Poor quality gas station, terrible car wash. There's always something wrong with the pumps, either the lights aren't working or the receipt printer is empty. Very disappointing for the owners to constantly maintain such poor pumps. The car wash is also perfect if you want to completely ruin your paint, they turn the water and soap contents down drastically and use very hard water with no filters so you're always left with water spots all over your car. I'd rather leave my car covered in salt than come here.
I am a regular customer of this location of Petro Canada and it would be very selfish of me not to express my gratitude to GSA Param for his continued excellent customer service. Param has all the qualities required for excellent customer service. He is very friendly, patience, knowledgeable, competent and very fast with customers. In addition to this, he is very responsible and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond his duties to ensure that all of his customers are satisfied. Rovan, I must commend you too. You did a magnificent job in training Param. He is definitely an asset to Petro Canada. Keep up the excellent work, Param and Rovan .
I went to go get a car wash and the worker Bikram was working on cash. Super helpful and kind, car wash wasn’t the best front of the car was a little dirty even after the wash but fantastic customer service and quick.
This one of bigger convenience stores attached to a gas station in the area. They always have what I need in stock, so I cant complain. The parking lot is also very big and its spacious. It is easy to drive around the pumps and lot.
2 Indian dudes did not let me buy a lottery ticket saying it was age 19 to purchase, even tho the law in Ontario is 18 to purchase lottery tickets not good experience at all.
Most of time their car wash is not working. They don't even bother to pick up to confirm if it is working. I wasted my time and gas just visiting this horrible place, multiple times. My suggestion is,if it has that much technical issue either get it repaired properly or just close it permanently. At least it will save you from the frustration once you get there just for car wash and it is closed.
A nightmare station: If you are looking for a quick and reliable pit stop, keep driving. This station is a masterclass in neglect and has become a frustrating experience for anyone unlucky enough to pull in. The Pumps and Grounds The issues start before you even get out of your vehicle. The driveway surrounding the pumps is riddled with potholes and bunps that make navigating to a nozzle feel like an off-road course. Once you actually reach a pump, it is a coin toss whether it works. Broken Equipment: At any given time, half the pumps are out of order. No Paper: Even the functioning pumps are almost always out of receipt paper, forcing you to go inside just to get a basic record of your transaction. The Interior The inside of the station offers no relief. The interior lacks cleanliness. and at last we have the "Car Wash" Disaster The absolute worst part of this facility is the car wash. It is more of a liability than a service. Calling it "functional" would be a generous overstatement for several reasons: Safety Issues: The entry camera is broken and the conveyor belt randomly stops while you are trapped inside the tunnel. Poor Cleaning: The brushes are poorly calibrated and fail to reach large sections of the vehicle. Incomplete Rinse: You will likely exit with a semi-soapy car because the rinse cycle is inadequate. Useless Drying: Only one dryer actually works. You will leave the bay with a majority of your car soaking wet and covered in soap spots. Verdict: Save your suspension and your paint job. There are plenty of other stations nearby that actually maintain their equipment and value their customers
