Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The cashier was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Zero manners, zero civic sense, and a horrible attitude. He was lazy, dismissive, and acted like customers were a burden instead of his job. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This place clearly doesn’t care about service or standards. Avoid if you value basic respect.
Worst ever. Their car wash is literally closed more then 50% of the time for no reason. Never am I ever using shell car wash simply due to this. I feel scammed getting a season pass from shell.
This location locks the doors on customers. Asking for items or paying for gas in the cold is wrong and needs to stop. A gas station is meant to remain open for customers 24/7
im giving 1 star cz i have to, to post review please never come to this gas station these people dont have any sense of customer service and any experience of selling products, basically they are lowering 'SHELL' reputation. please dont go ever, manager should talk to me if she has any doubts i can suggest her best way to manage Shell reputation. especially girl over their is very rude to us many can do better job than her.(RAJVEER)
Always amazing customer service. They ask for CAA / Airmiles cards . They upsell car wash and lottery every time . Store is nicely maintained and more choice of products are available.
Worst customer service. A leakage can be seen in the photos but the punjabi girl at the front desk said that the car wash was running fine. I again went for the car wash and today presoak option was not working. I went again to the front desk and the same punjabi girl said that it is working fine. I showed her the video as well as the car, which was having dirt marks. But she said she can't do anything in it. Please avoid this shell pump as the customer service is worst. I want to give this pump a zero star.
None of the displays on the pumps were working and the attendant was clueless, just yapping in the phone. The car wash is a waste. I went through and there is still grime on the car. Don't waste your money here.
