Staff did not know how to redeem my Petro points for a carwash! I called customer service and waited 15 minutes for an offshore agent to help me, 3 attempts failed to hear each other before giving up. Finally I went to another Petro Canada gas station to complete this simple transaction.
Worst coustomer service. I came today to buy a coffee and 1 old weird person was standing outside and won't let me park my car, when I asked him who are you then he said I am working here. Then i ask inside staff, they said yes he is working here in office side. If this is coustomer service, i ll never come here again. He was not wearing any employee dress but he was so rude. I come here regular for gas. But now onwards not anymore because of this rude behavior.
This gas station guy not using washroom every time same reason. washroom whole time closed…..why….? This is bullshit gas station service. 26-4-25
Worst car wash. You paying enough money still car wash system is not up to the mark. I always use esso but due to urgency and huge crowd at esso car wash, tried this. Won't go again
Terrible service… I was there to get a car wash which happened to scratch up my car I did a complain . They came to look out side to see the scratches, they seem see them. the scratches were clear as day yet they didn’t accept they can see them. and as I was writing another person walked in to complain the workers cussed out the guy complaining!!! I don’t recommend even trying to talk to the employees as they just ignore you most of the time!.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Also the photos posted were after the was not 15 min ago and the car is still dirty
If i havevthe option for negative star rating, this Petro station deserves negative 5 star. Anytime it's bad weather conditions, their car wash is out of service. Even after 2 days of snow storm or anytime slushy weather, when people most needs to wash their cars, it's not working. If you hold season pass, and go inside to ask about options or reason, they are very rude, don't know what is customer service. Asking about speak to manager , only answer is google the petro canada no and call.
Petro Canada at Bramalea & Peter Robertson has it all: Gas, Tim Hortons & a touch car wash. Friendly staff? & clean facilities, but beware - some scratches reported after washes. Decent overall, but could improve car wash quality. Will visit again for gas & coffee.☕️
