I do not recommend this gas station because Shell down the street on Derry Road and Hurontsrio Street ALWAYS has 5 to 10c cheaper gas. Over a year this is minimum couple hundred dollars cheaper for exactly the same gas
Very friendly staff. Whenever we walk in at this store, employees, particularly Arsh greet with wide smile. It’s so refreshing to see happy, content people. We wish them the best.
Please check the camera at 3 pm today night 12 july, the cashier was sleeping and ring the bell many time but nobody came out, please do not take any serious action but please say to the cashier take sleep properly at day that he can work properly, i knew there was boy because i bought lays at 12:20 same night but after that he not gave any response to me and there was another customer also.
Terrible experience at this Shell location! The staff member, Heera Dhar, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He refused to accept my form of payment (toonies), which is a legal tender, and his attitude throughout the interaction was unacceptable. This incident has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will be reaching out to Corporate to report this behavior. Such poor service is unacceptable
Just went to the gas station window service of course due to the time I asked the gentleman for a diet Pepsi he said they were out, the I preceeded with other diet products until he got frustrated and actually got up to get me a drink and was upset that I went to ask for a liquid to purchase. This is not how I remembered this place 10 years ago. Customer service sucks here now. Also he was on his phone while serving his customers. This is one gas station I won't be returning to.
Gas price much higher than what is showing on google. The dumb guy working there didnt even speak english and didnt even know how to apply airmiles promo. He wanted to charge extra than rate
The guy working here has zero customer service. Asked him for $60 for my car. He asked for pump number, told him other side of pump 5, AH tells me, it's customers responsibility to know the pump number and repeatedly asked me for pump number. MF, you work there, you know what's on the other side of 5. Why are you hassling customers? Left without giving this place my business. Definitely don't deserve any business. 2 thumbs down.
