Really a bad experience i tap on pump number 10 by apple pay it detects 250 and but due to some reason pump was not working and we were not able to fill but they didn’t not refund the money just making excuses not recommend at all
Was coming here regularly for the car wash, gas etc. However, won’t be coming anymore. The staff at the counter was rude and unhelpful. Getting aggressive attitude for no reason.
This pump refused to take Husky points card to use for Husky car wash. Please remove your Husky sign if you are not Husky. And don't honer Husky reward cards Bad experience
Paid for an ultimate wash, and was left with soap, wax and polish all down the side of my truck. When I went back to ask for a refund the cashier assured me going through again with a cheaper wash would solve the problem. When I explained how that wouldn't work, she insisted I go through again. I reluctantly did, and was left with even MORE soap left on the side. When I asked for a free water bottle to rinse off my truck she told me no, and said to go through a THIRD time and she would try to use a hose to rinse off the soap. It's astounding that a simple carwash has now taken almost an hour of my day. Horrendous customer service.
This is worst car wash , it scrached my pickup truck . When i showed it to working employee over there, she refused to give owners number .Car wash machine didnt wash properly as the soap was still there when i was out.
It's a newer gas station but the pump menu is too long. Just let me get gas an go. It'll ask if you want a car wash, points card, chocolate bars, and whatever other deal is happening. Very annoying, it takes longer to skip menu options than to pump gas.
Location looks Beautiful, Only if Staff members were nice enough, Every time i come to this location, Door is Locked!! I kept knocking, No one was opening, Happened 4 times now, And this dude who works there AAMER, Extremely Rude! With no customer service at all!
