Lady working the register by the window on 2:10pm December 7 2025 stopped my pump I prepaid for when I was sitting in my car while its filling up, and told me through the pump’s speaker to stand outside in the cold to wait while it pumps instead. Have driven 200000km in 3 years, and never had a single gas station stop me from pumping to stand outside and wait. Ridiculous, and won’t come back.

One of the worst Car Wash locations around. Bought a car wash, where both the channels were not properly calibrated / synced. The pre-soak worked only on one channel, and the other channel just acted like a ‘Merry go round’ with only music and no working. The water stream was like a shower in your home, hardly effective for a car. Even after getting the car washed ‘twice’ in the same go still the car looked dirty. After complaining the issue at the counter, I was being told that the presoak worked from one channel since it’s a ‘Basic Wash’ !! Really $14 is not cheap to get a decent car wash !! I’ve had similar car washes around, but never had any issues. This was exceptional !!
During my late-night stop at the station, guy whose name is Ravi and his exceptional customer service stood out. He greeted me with a calm and polite manner, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the late hour, Ravi took the time to help me select a variety of products for my group, ensuring we had everything we needed. His professionalism and kindness are commendable.
Jan 23, 2023 I use the session pass. One time door never opened for the car wash but system went as the car wash done. I asked for a wash or a ticket. The cashier know it happened but refused to give. He ask to call customer care. When I call they said gas station have to refund a ticket. I want back. He said, he needs to talk with manager. He got my info. Until today (5 days) no one called back. I went back to gas station, he said, manager never get back to him. I wanted to know how far this go. I will update... Today Feb 6, 2023, never got reply from anyone. They have my info on the desk.
Couple weeks ago, I purchased a 30 days Carwash pass. I was charged twice, I was told first one didn’t go through. After checking on line transactions of my card I went to the store to cancel one transaction.The attendant in the store kept my phone number and said Manager will check it and if double transaction happened I will get my refund. After two days wait, I went to the store and they kept my information again. Next day Manager of the store called and told me he checked the records and they did just one transaction and if I want I can contact Shell Canada. Finally, I filed a claim on my credit card company and after a week they credited to my account. Really bad experience.
I've always had nice experience visiting this Shell location compared to others. Shoutout for the super friendly staff named AMIT. I've came across this boy rarely but his dedication and passion towards his job has made me give this location five stars. I'd highly recommend people to visit them for good Gas prices on top of that to experience such a friendly customer service especially overnight when usually staff isn't ready to deal properly. Keep it up Amit and his team.
