Extreme poor service. Girl work at night today on Nov22,2015 doesn’t understand English. Hire people who can fully understand English not just with yes or no. Because their lack of understanding can put someone else in trouble.
Worst customer service ever in my live I went the 1st of April around 4:30pm and the girl there was so rude impolite and arrogant, with lots of attitudes I was chocked. Even that star she didn’t deserve it
Only regular & diesel available. Half the pumps are out of service. Began fueling up at one of the few operational pumps, and it was agonizing how slow it filled. On top of that, there is no solution in the squeegee bucket to clean my windows. Requested a receipt at the pump and paper empty.
I came today morning I meet Gagan gsa over there I want purchase some lottery tickets but she ignored me said sorry you can’t purchase ticket . She not ask me morning, how are you she has rude behaviour . I suggest to manager of Petero first give her training how to should be behaviour with customer . She has zero experience about customer service
Beware! Bent my front license plate, blew off my rear wiper blade cover, bent my side mirror which thankfully didn't break. Thankfully, the guy inside helped me go inside to find the missing piece by stopping the wash.
Prepayment for car washes at Petro Canada comprised without explanation. Unused tickets showing expired without explanation or compensation. Terrible customer service both by the attendant and the Manager who wouldn’t show their face. Something shady going on there. A complete ripoff.
The Lady at the station was behaving like she was doing some kind of favour of giving the gas in free. Really disappointed with the service.She is getting paid for the customer service & she should learn how to do that.
