When I arrived at the gas station at 4:30 in the morning, I made the payment, but the fuel pump didn’t work. Despite the freezing temperature of minus 10 degrees, I went back to the counter, but the employee was not there at first. Later, when the employee did appear, he signaled for me to leave, as if acknowledging the mistake. Eventually, I was able to get the fuel, but the entire experience was quite frustrating. Additionally, the employee was constantly talking on the phone with earphones on.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a worst experience during my car wash. We have bought online car wash card and they mentioned that don't encourage online car wash bought through shell app. You need to buy from our gas station only. I requested the evening shift employee (Girl) to open the hay for me through my pass code, she bluntly said no and cut of the line. I reached out to her three to four times after she gave me manager's phone number Rakesh Matoor saying that he will respond. I called Manager Rakesh two times but no respond which was before 11:00 p.m. when I reached out to night shift employee Abhinoor who started at 11:00 p.m , he said car wash is closed. He also gave me writing that we are closed at 11:00 p.m but the car wash was still open for cars coming after 11:00 p.m. I left from gas station at 11:33 p.m. and still car wash was not closed or any sign of timings of car was placed at car wash location. I am using this gas station for filling gas and car wash for more then 7 years since it open. They have worst customer service I have seen and not appreciate their regular customers. I am very frustrated with their CUSTOMER SERVICE and will recommend other customers to be aware of their services in future. I am not posting here what was given in writing to me from the gas station employee but will share with Shell directly.
I want to say dnt come here to wash the car . This is stupid car wash and wastage of money. I wash my car through car wash dust and sand was still there nthing clean.
!!! WORST STATION !!!, i took $50 gift card they charge me and said the gift card is not getting activated and your transaction will be reversed automatically. I was in need of gift card i took another one for $50 again same thing happened. Its almost more than 15-20 days but no nobody is replaying from team Manager RAKESH never pickup calls and the cashier PREET seems helpless. End of the day i lost my $100 DONT GO TO THIS PLACE SEEMS THEY GUYS ARE SCAMMER
Car wash soap is water downed! Each time we use the car wash we have to go in the store to receive a complimentary wash at another location within 24 hrs!
Horrible car wash. I have been going for this car wash for years because it was soft touch and to my extreme disappointment they have changed it to touchless. I could have done a better job with a garden hose. Not sure what the reason behind removing the soft touch. Will not be going back here as why pay a premium price for a car wash when I can get the same results in my driveway
Went for car wash with the shell flex pass that has codes. Entered the code and it doesn't work. Called the attendant to ask the procedure. Attendant said the shell app code doesn't work. So if you want a car wash using the shell app don't go to this location.
