Great customer Service! I was able to get parts for a desk that I had purchased over five years ago, but had never assembled. Even though the desk was an older model, customer service helped find parts to assemble the desk. No charge. Including two visits by rep who put the desk together for me. Highly recommended! Decent selection of chairs and tables, all for very affordable prices. The quality of the chairs for testing is better than most places, and you can buy non-bulk orders, like for a personal office like I did.
