Purchased a bed set which cost $5000. They promised to deliver it within two weeks, didn't happen for almost 3 months after calling every week to follow up. Assembly was included but I was forced to pay for assembly upon delivery and they didn't honour what they said. How are you still in business Look at all the bad reviews on google, these guys changed their name 5 times. BUYERS BE AWARE
Recently I bought sofa set and dining table set we were told it was going to come in 2 to 3 weeks but unfortunately it came after 4 weeks this is not exceptable at all. When did brought the furniture unfortunately I was not told by the sales person to measure the 3 seater seat or to see it if it will fit in my stairs unfortunately they just want to make their sale and make their money that's it. Unfortunately the 3 seater would not fit since it was to big so I had to send it back as I had no space to keep it in my house. I was calling and emailing to talk to the owner or get me the owner's number but no one is responding at all so here I see they don't care about their customer at all nor they want to deal with you once they make their sale. I would never recommend anyone to go to this store to shop or buy anything since I am still waiting to talk to the owner in how they gonna solve my issue now with the 3 seater sofa or how you going to fix this problem. So I need a call from the owner in regards to my order.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable-they took the time to understand what I was looking for and made some excellent recommendations. The store has a wide variety of styles, from modern to classic, and everything is beautifully displayed. The quality of the furniture is top-notch and reasonably priced. I can't explain here but if you want to get stuck your money sure deposit to them 2nd she doesn’t knew how to talk customer I have proof phone recorded in my dash cam what's she talk about bad language if they deny about all my experience I can upload here audio royal furniture and vaniak are same store so beware these store i wish I can give no star but no choice lied about sofa light are not there late picked she threatened me I will not get sofa to any store audio proof I have but lot to write with proof my advice they are big cheaters I will happy to see they reply to me say I am lieing i will upload all phone conversations here ...I can't explain here in text but in short words don't deposit to them stay away to shop from them still waiting from them they deny it wrote here wrong almost 3 months still have recording what she said over phone ... I hope some one say from them i am wrong so will proof worst its like scamming store
They are fraudulent. They delivered two sofas in different colors, even though they promised matching ones. Before the sale, they told me I would get a 5-year warranty, but they didn’t even provide a receipt. The sofas are poorly made with very cheap materials, and the colors don’t match. When I tried to call them, they blocked me. This is how they run their fraudulent business. They don’t even deserve a single star. This is the worst furniture shop with terrible service. Don’t waste your money. They even ask for payment before showing you the product.
I ordered a kitchen table and chairs from the store and i was extremely pleased with both the before sales and after sales service that I received from Harman. She was literally always available at the other end of the phone to answer my texts and calls, and seeing as how I live in another province (Qc), I was extremely grateful for her cooperation . She was very reassuring. I got my furniture 2 days after ordering it (across provinces) and I received the after sales replacement parts 2 weeks after the original delivery. During that 2 weeks period, after reading some of the other reviews here, I must admit that I was growing anxious and second guessing whether I’d get my replacement parts, but Harman reassured me and I did get all my pieces in perfect condition (again across provinces). I had a very positive experience and i absolutely love my kitchen table and chairs!!!
Worst place to do business. I purchased a console table and mirror, dinning table set and sofa set with delivery promise of July 31st. A few days before the 31st I called to confirm the delivery and was told there’s no delivery set for me( invoice has agreed date of delivery as July 31st). They then delivered the console table, mirror and dinning table in July 31st. They promised delivery a 2nd time no one called and no delivery came. A 3rd delivery was promised on Tuesday august 10th and yet again no call and no delivery. When I called they said the truck is not going out today. On their first delivery attempt they loaned me a chair since they realized they were at fault( these I still have). I have now decided that I do not want to do business with them anymore and would like to cancel the sofa set and return what they delivered because of the customer service I received and they are refusing to even cancel the chairs I haven’t received. Yesterday they said my sofa set was ready to deliver (which was a lie) and today they just confirmed in a telephone call the chair is not ready. I have been requesting politely from Tuesday to cancel my order and they have refused every request. I have also emailed them with a request for cancellation of the sofa chairs I am yet to receive and return the other items. No response. They keep saying they will call. I will ensure no other customer endures that type of customer service from Vanaik/Royal Furniture.They are even refusing to come for the chairs they borrowed me which is not mine. All I want is to get your items out of my house. I will come continue posting everywhere. Caution when buying from this company.
