We bought a bunch of stuff from this furniture store. We bought two L shape sofas, tv along with bracket, and a reclining chair. Surinder and John was extremely helpful in helping us select the best product tailored to our needs. Surinder and John also helped us get the price for everything we bought. I recently purchased a solid wood king bedroom set, dining room set, three genuine leather sofas, and two high-wing fabric sofas from Brampton Furniture & Mattress. The furniture quality is outstanding, the prices are very affordable, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was on time and handled very professionally. I’m extremely satisfied with my entire experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture, great service, and unbeatable prices.
I ha a very disappointing experience with Brampton Furniture. The delivery was extremely unprofessional — I was told it would arrive at 2 p.m., then 5 p.m., then 8 p.m., but the driver only showed up after 10 p.m. This wasted my entire day. When purchasing, they even suggested putting a box spring on top of my car, which shows a lack of care for customers. The prices are fair, but the delivery service is completely unreliable. Communication was poor, and no one took responsibility for the delay. Overall, I would not recommend this store if you value your time and proper service.
