Very bad experience. Bought a dinning table worth $1400 from the Scarborough location which came home damaged, for several months they kept telling me that they are waiting for replacement and it's stuck in Vancouver. After couple of more months (5months in total) they tell me the location where I bought this table from is closed forever and now this location can help. Here is the catch, they will not deliver it. So now I have take the old dinning table from Pickering and go to Brampton. I mean come on, it's your store that messed up so why should I go through all the hassle. I do not recommend the products from this or stores affiliated to them.
We had a very bad experience with GRV. It started off well but then when it came to fixing issues customer service became absolutely terrible 1) delivery of beds was 3-4 months late 2) lights in the headboard stopped working and the buttons started overheating just 2 months after we received it 3) we received a new headboard 2 months later than promised - turns out it is a different color and all they had to do was change the wire of the original one 4) now the wireless charger on the side table has stopped working and they want us to bring it in to be changed instead of sending someone because they dont pay for transportation 5) I've asked to speak to the manager 4-5 times and everytime I get an excuse so I can't speak to him or see him (not there, in a meeting, don't know his schedule, etc). The whole experience has been super frustrating and we will never be shopping here again
Very disrespect-full and garbage service. There is nobody for help us, they said pickup your all w by yourself and their is a girl she said to us with very disrespect way that you boys leave and we are two girls to pickup thing . The owner behave very rude , I never go there again and recommend to all never go there. Respect is must that things. I go there because my friend recommend very worse experience for me.
The girl over their savi was an amazing girl she treated reallly and Ofcourse I loved my furniture n the best thing watever they say they do they don’t delay the dates at all .
