Got sofa 2 months ago. Now the seats are damaged. On call they told me to send the videos after sending the video they did not respond. Whenever I call them for any update they did not answer the call. Pathetic service. NOT RECOMENDED. Suggest to go to some professionals atleast they find something for their customers to figure out the problems. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR.
This is my long time furniture family. I've been shopping with Raj since 2013 and am happy to still be very happy with service. I will soon be purchasing another bedroom set and my T.V. stand from 2013 is still being used and in perfect condition :) This business is professional and diligent. With a great attitude.
