Very dissappointed with Furniture Warehouse Brampton. Ordered an L shaped sofa. The work was very substandered with irregular stiching and delayed service. Sent the Sofa back and after calling several times, The sofa was returned after amont delay as is without any rectification. When tried to reach them, no one answers the phone and there is no voice message preference. NEVER AGAIN！Stay away.
We ordered a couch, rug, and sofa and the price was incredible, quality outstanding and the delivery was quick, friendly and efficient. Would recommend, and will be ordering again!
Think twice before paying them. I received items completely different from what I ordered. They never confirmed anything and communication was very poor. They changed everything without my consent. Very disappointing and irresponsible behaviour

Couch started to cave in more and more each day, went under the hood to see this. Just a year after purchase, $1000+ should last a lot longer. Disappointed.
This furniture place produces a bad product , I bought a bed from them and immediately we set it up and slept on it and all the wood started breaking ,very weak wood they use for their furniture , I went back to complain that this product was very bad the owner ask me to get replacement of wood at lows and fix it that he can do anything about it .. there product it fake and it very expensive .. watch out don’t full victim .
